Damaged or Defective Products
If your Magizhnilam product arrives damaged, defective, or spoiled, please click a picture of the item and email it to support@magizhnilam.com

Return Policy for Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for items that have been delivered in good condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or not as described, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.
Steps to Report an Issue with Perishable Items
- Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
- Provide evidence by clicking a picture or recording a video of the damaged or spoiled product.

- Our team will review the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a refund or replacement.

Refunds for Perishable Items
- If your product is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will process a full refund or offer a replacement within 3–4 business days of receiving your complaint.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that bank processing times may cause additional delays.

Exchanges for Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, exchanges are not possible. If you receive a damaged or spoiled product, we will either issue a refund or send a replacement (subject to availability).
Order Cancellation for Perishable Items
Since our products are perishable and prepared for delivery shortly after ordering, cancellations are only allowed within 1 hour of placing the order. To cancel your order, please call our customer care helpline at +91 86675 03839 within 1 hour of placing the order. After this period, cancellations cannot be processed as the items will already be in transit.

- Storage Instructions: Please ensure that perishable items are stored properly upon delivery to maintain freshness. We are not responsible for spoilage due to improper storage after delivery.
- Delivery Time: We recommend being available to receive your order promptly to ensure the freshness of the products.
- Quality Assurance: We take great care to ensure that all products are fresh and of the highest quality when they leave our facility. However, due to the nature of perishable goods, we cannot guarantee the condition of the product after delivery if it is not stored correctly.
